Do you have to have a deep-fry thermometer for deep frying?
I would LOVE to create a decendant dessert for people, but can’t you just look at the oil’s hotness by eye? I.E. Hot oil= rolling or boiling
It is not very safe to do it without one.
They are quite inexpensive and come in various lengths.
I would suggest a 10″ long unit, you can us it on more pans.
This style with longer stem. Most hardware stores and Walmart have then.
